| Your Will is an important document. At the very least it will ensure that all of your assets will pass to who you want them to go to, when you die.
At best, it may save your family thousands of pounds in Inheritance Tax or secure some of your assets from the threat of Long Term Care or provide for the welfare of young children should you die.
