List and total all of the assets that make up your estate, including property, life insurances, savings and investments and any debts. List the names and addresses of your chosen executors, and guardians who will look after your children under 18. You should ask them first but remember, Peace of Mind wills can provide them with guidance.
Give thought to any gifts you would like to leave to specific people or charities. Think about the beneficiaries, and if they should die in your lifetime, reserve beneficiaries. Consider any funeral requests that you may have.
